Meet Dr. Hammes and Dr. Cecchini
Patients at Washington Dental Care can benefit from the education, training, and perspective of two incredible dentists, Dr. Hammes and Dr. Cecchini.
Dr. Hammes’ journey to becoming a world-class dentist near you began at the University of Illinois-Chicago. From there, he started his active-duty Navy career where he completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency and served as the Dental Department Head on the USS GERMANTOWN (LSD-42). He chose to open Washington Dental Care in 2016 and has since spent his days helping patients in and around the Chicago area achieve the healthy, happy smiles they deserve.
As for Dr. Cecchini, he knew he wanted to dedicate his life to dentistry after volunteering for a mission trip to the Dominican Republic. Seeing the positive effects of quality dental care inspired him to earn his dental doctorate from Midwestern University. Today, he has completed more than 500 hours of continuing education and is certified in implant dentistry, Invisalign, and laser dentistry. A testament to his commitment, he also passed the fellowship exam for the Academy of General Dentistry and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association.
